2.4 Account Security

Account Verification
bdt 69 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time. Verification may be mandatory when processing withdrawal requests or for large transactions.
3.1 Required Documents
- A clear photo of the National Identity Card (NID) or passport.
- Proof of ownership of the registered mobile number.
- Proof of ownership of the payment method — for example, the name must match the bKash or Nagad account.
3.2 Verification Delays
Withdrawal requests may be held until verification is complete. Failure to cooperate with the verification process may result in the account being temporarily restricted. Once the required documents are submitted and verification is complete, all restrictions will be lifted.
Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Deposit Terms
Deposits at bdt 69 can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳200. Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly. If a deposit does not appear in your account, please contact the support team.
4.2 Withdrawal Terms
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit. Withdrawals are limited to these four methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.
4.3 Transaction Responsibility

If a suspicious or unusual transaction is detected, bdt 69 may temporarily suspend the account until an investigation is completed.
Bonus and Promotion Terms
Bonus amounts cannot be withdrawn directly. To withdraw from a bonus, the specified wagering requirements must be met. A bonus should never be considered as cash paid out.
5.1 Welcome Bonus
The bdt 69 welcome bonus is a 120% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. Example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,200 bonus — total balance ৳2,200; to withdraw from the bonus, you must place wagers totalling ৳1,200 × 25 = ৳30,000.
5.2 General Terms for Other Bonuses
- Each bonus has its own wagering requirements, which are clearly communicated at the time the bonus is claimed.
- More than one bonus cannot be active at the same time.
- A bonus may only be used in the designated game category — it cannot be used outside the specific category stated in the terms.
- If wagering is not completed before the bonus expires, the bonus will be automatically cancelled.
- There is a set time limit for completing wagering requirements; this time limit is stated in the details of each bonus.
- bdt 69 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion.
5.3 Bonus Abuse
If an attempt is made to exploit loopholes in bonus terms or to gain bonus benefits through manipulation, the bonus concerned and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited. Attempting to collect bonuses through multiple accounts will be treated as bonus abuse.
Game Rules and Betting Terms
6.1 Game Results
The results of all games displayed on bdt 69 are controlled by verifiable software. In the event of a dispute over a game result, the platform's server logs will be treated as the final evidence.
6.2 Circumstances for Bet Cancellation
A bet may be considered void and the staked amount returned in the following circumstances:
- If a sports event is abandoned or cancelled before the scheduled time.
- If a game is interrupted mid-session due to a technical fault on the platform.
- If there is a clear error in the odds or game information that is technically verified.
6.3 Special Terms for Sports Betting
For bets on cricket, football, or any other sports event, the odds announced before the match starts apply. In live betting, the odds at the specific moment the bet is placed are final. There is no option to change odds after a bet has been confirmed.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bdt 69 platform:
- Any form of cheating, fraud, or attempting to manipulate the system.
- Using automated bots or scripts to play games or place bets.
- Creating multiple accounts to collect bonuses or gain advantages.
- Conducting transactions using a third party's account.
- Colluding with other users during play.

- Threatening or harassing other users.
If evidence of any of the above activities is found, the account concerned will be permanently closed and funds held may be forfeited. Legal action may also be taken if necessary.
Account Suspension and Closure
8.1 bdt 69's Rights
bdt 69 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account at any time, for any reason or no reason. In particular, an account may be closed without prior notice in cases of breach of these Terms.
8.2 Account Closure by the User
Any user who wishes to close their own account may contact the support team. The account balance should be withdrawn before closing the account. An account that has been permanently closed may not be reactivated.
8.3 Self-Exclusion
In accordance with the Responsible Gaming Policy, a user may apply to temporarily or permanently close their account (self-exclusion). Once this request takes effect, it will not be possible to resume play within the specified period.
Limitation of Liability
bdt 69 strives to ensure the highest standard of service. However, the platform's liability is limited in certain circumstances:
